Director of the Jasenovac Memorial Site, Ms Nataša Jovičić visited Israel as part of the delegation of the President of the Republic of Croatia, Ms Kolinda Grabar-Kitarović, as President's special adviser for Holocaust issues. During her visit to the Yad Vashem she signed a joint statement on cooperation between Yad Vashem and the Office of the President and she took part in organising the arrival of the delegation of the President of the Republic of Croatia to the ceremony on the occasion when Branko Lustig presented his Oscar to Yad Vashem. Branko Lustig donated to Yad Vashem the Oscar awarded to him by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences for "Schindler's List", directed by Steven Spielberg. The Oscar is displayed in Yad Vashem's Visual Center.
As President's special adviser for Holocaust issues, Ms Nataša Jovičić was present at the meetings with the President of the State of Israel, Mr Reuven Rivlin, the Prime Minister of the State of Israel, Mr Benjamin Netanyahu and with the Knesset Speaker, Mr Yulij Edelstein.
